When will Science finally decide what makes up Light.

Is it waveform or is it photons. And please let go of the insistence that it is both. 

Even "New Scientist"  magazine seems confused...

Maybe light will slow down one day so that we can properly analyse it.

When will we see the end of nuclear fusion promises?  Each day they promote new chances. I'm getting sick of hearing about it. 

The nuclear and materials scientists are working frantically on the project.

Can the media hold back a bit .... please.
